SEL300
- Multiplexed Output Isolating Signal Converter |
|
Function:
Isolating signal converter which will convert a range of process
signals into a relay selectable transmission voltage signal.
This signal is only put onto the output terminals when a relay,
which is in series with the output, is externally selected.
Both the input and the output stages of the instrument are
powered from separate secondaries of the DC/DC inverter thus
maintaining 3 port isolation. Options on the SEL300 include
a true 4 wire RTD converter, a Subtractor and an Adder or
Averager. In the last three cases the inputs are restricted
to mA or Voltage and the SEL300 can only accept two inputs.
Application: The SEL300 is designed for multiplexing
a number of varying analogue signals into PLCs and processor
based data gathering devices.
Power supply: DC powered

CSM-1
- 16 Channel Current Multiplexer |
|
Function:
The CSM-1 is a 16 channel current input multiplexer giving
one current output. The CSM-1 is designed to increase the
number of analogue current signals you can get into PLCs and
other data gathering devices in a cost effective manner. The
CSM-1 is an all solid state instrument and channel selection
is controlled by a four line address bus. Transfer time for
the selected channel takes less than 10 microseconds with
an overall accuracy of greater than 0.01% of the actual input
level.
Power supply: DC powered

RTM-8
- 16 Channel PT100/Current Multiplexer |
|
Function:
The RTM-8 is a 16 channel multiplexer with 8 channels for
3 wire PT100 sensors and 8 channels for two or four wire transmitter
current inputs giving one current output. Each of the PT100
input channels is a complete signal conditioner with a DIP
switch array for coarse setting, and, Span and Zero multi-turn
potentiometers for fine tuning on each channel. The RTM-8
is designed for multiplexing a number of analogue signals
into PLCs and processor based data gathering devices. Channel
selection is controlled by a four line address bus and an
Enable line. The RTM-8 is an all solid state instrument and
transfer time for the selected channel takes less than 20
microseconds.
Power supply: DC powered

DCC-8
- Digital to 8 Channel Current Loop Converter |
|
Function:
The DCC-8 is a digital input to 8 channels current loop output
converter designed to enhance small PLC units which have limited
analogue output capabilities. The inputs can either be 16
bit parallel (12 data, 3 address, 1 enable) or one of two
full duplex serial options, RS232c or RS422. The latter option
allows up to eight DCC-8 units to be addressed in a multi-drop
configuration. In the parallel input string the Enable bit
can be strobed allowing synchronous operation of the DCC-8,
or it can be left in a permanently ON state to allow continuous
update operation. In this state the digital inputs are continuously
monitored and compared to the stored values. When new data
is encountered, the old data is replaced and the relevant
output updated.
The DCC-8 has several user definable options. An internal
DIP switch array is used to select: 1) Communications Baud
Rate; 2) Unit ID; 3) Digital Input mode (Parallel or Serial)
and 4) Output Ranges, either 0 to 20mA or 4 to 20mA.
Power supply: DC powered

MDM-11
- 16 Channel Current Multiplexer/De-Multiplexer System |
|
Function:
The MDM-11 is a current multiplexer/de-multiplexer system
that transfers 16 channels of data between two points via
a single pair of wires. The front end of the system (M-11)
accepts up to 16 process standard 4 to 20mA inputs, multiplexes
these at a user selectable scan rate of up to 1000 channels
per second and transmits them up to a distance of 2Km maximum.
At the receiving end (DM-11) the analogue channels are reproduced
in the same order and magnitude as the inputs. The DM-11 unit
also has an alarm (flashing LED and volt free contact output)
which is operated whenever there is a communications failure
of any description (multiplexer failure, cable break or short
circuit).
Power supply: DC powered
