This is a replacement for the PTA-07.

Function: The PTC-01 is an all stainless steel IP65 universal low cost two/three wire guage and absolute pressure transmitter. Measuring ranges from 0 to 1 Bar up t0 to 400 Bar are available. This rugged, small transmitter, which has a ceramic measuring element, benefits from low hysteresis and can withstand a considerable overload.

Applications include: Hydraulic facilities; Test Rigs - Industrial and Research; Compressor Controls and other Process Applications.

Function: The PTA-08 is a general purpose low cost sealed gauge pressure transmitter suitable for aggressive media. The PTA-08 uses a thin film measuring element (without oil filling) with a stainless steel diaphragm and stainless steel housing with no 'O' rings. The transmitter can measure up to 1000 Bar and be supplied with a mA, voltage or frequency output. Applications include: Hydraulics; Automotive; Aerospace; Test Rigs - Industrial and Research; and other Process Applications.

Options on the PTA-08 include: various extended temperature (down to -40°C and up to +350°C) models some with remote heads.

Function: The PTS-08 is a flush diaphragm pressure transmitter suitable for both absolute and gauge pressure measurement. The PTS-08 uses a piezo-resistive measuring element with a stainless steel diaphragm and stainless steel housing. The transmitter can measure up to 600 Bar and be supplied with a mA or voltage output. The flush diaphragm makes the PTS-08 ideal for use where the media could congeal or solidify in a recessed port. Applications include: Food industry; Paint; Glues; Test Rigs - Industrial and Research; and many other Process Applications.

Options on the PTS-08 include: a higher media temperature version that can measure between -20 and +110ºC.

This is a replacement for the PTX-500.

Function: The PTX-7500 series Pressure Transmitters manufactured by Druck combines micro machined silicon diaphragms with fully welded stainless steel and Hastelloy pressure ports to provide a highly accurate, stable pressure transmitter with the materials and environmental protection required for industrial applications. The silicon sensor incorporates developments derived from aerospace applications to improve output noise, non-linearity and hysteresis and long term stability. Batch manufacturing ensures optimum pricing, with the ability to custom calibrate to alternate ranges and pressure units prior to completion with the required electrical connection and rapid despatch.

Detachable electrical connectors (not available on submersible units) provide access to the independent zero and span trim controls, and if a configuration change to the electrical or pressure connections are required on-site replacement parts and screw in pressure adapters are available. Each transmitter incorporates RFI-EMC and electrical spike protection, and Intrinsically Safe approved units are available as an option.

Function: The PTX-1400 Pressure Transmitter manufactured by Druck has been designed for use with aggressive pressure media found in many industrial and process applications. The stainless steel isolation diaphragm and fully welded stainless steel pressure module ensures excellent media compatibility without compromising the performance from Druck's own micro-machined silicon pressure diaphragm. Integral two-wire electronics provide conditioning of the signal from the silicon diaphragm to generate a 4 to 20mA output proportional to applied pressure. In addition, the electronics provide power supply regulation, reverse polarity, over voltage and EMC protection. Integral non-interactive zero and span controls ensure system interchangeability and ease of calibration.

The PTX-1400 incorporates developments from aerospace applications and volume manufacturing advances to achieve good performance with competitive pricing. Industry demands for rapid despatch are met by stock holding fully compensated and calibrated sensors in DIN pressure ranges. This transmitter features a compact, rugged design with field proven electronics to ensure long term reliable measurement and low cost ownership.

Function: The PTX-7900 series combines modular design with the latest advances in ASIC technology and surface mounted electronics. This provides a lightweight and cost effective alternative to pressure gauges and switches in process industry applications. At the heart of the sensor is Druck's own piezo-resistive silicon sensor. A hastelloy isolation diaphragm and electron beam welded steel body ensures compatibility with a wide range of hostile media. A 316 stainless steel electronics housing with aluminium/bronze end cap provides a maintenance-free assembly suitable for the most arduous environments. The PTX-7900 pressure transmitter also offers excellent RFI immunity, meeting the highest level of CE marking requirements for heavy industrial use.

Function: The PTX-1730 has been developed as a general purpose hydrostatic liquid level sensor, designed to work in low powered, arduous applications, including surface water, ground water and tank contents. It features high performance micro-machined silicon technology, packaged in a fully welded 316 stainless steel assembly. Features include a Kevlar strain relieved vented cable, internal condensation protection and in IP68 injection moulded cable assembly, which guarantees sensor operation over an extended lifetime. The PTX-1730 is available with fixed cable lengths for quick delivery and a range of OEM specific variants including digital performance characterisation and temperature measurement capability for data logger manufacturers.

PTX-1830 - Depth and Level Pressure Transmitter

Function: The PTX-1830 is a fully submersible liquid level sensor, designed to work in the most hostile of environments where materials such as stainless steel cannot be considered. It features high performance micro-machined silicon technology, with the silicon measurement element and surface mount electronics fully isolated from the media by a titanium diaphragm and shell. Features include a Kevlar strain relieved vented cable, internal condensation protection and an IP68 injection moulded cable assembly, which guarantees sensor operation over an extended lifetime.
